Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at so that we can look after you right away. Please include your full name, email (that you made the purchase with), and order number. 


We offer refunds and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and on the terms set out in this Refund Policy. 


No agreement is formed between us and any customer until an order is placed and order confirmation is sent to the customer. 


The payment methods accepted are only those shown on our website.


If your order is damaged upon receipt, photo evidence must be provided within 3 days of delivery. Upon review, a replacement item may be sent or a partial refund may be provided. 


Refunds and exchanges are only valid within 30 days of order delivery.
